As a new mother, Sarah focuses a lot on helping people get back in to fitness as she knows first hand how hard it is to feel happy with your body and fitness levels again after such a big change happens to your body.
There can be so many reasons why someone is unhappy with their body. Whether it be that you've always struggled with your weight; you put on weight when you had a baby; because of having an operation that's put you out of action; just not having time to focus on yourself; or that you've just had enough of your unhealthy lifestyle or not fitting into the size you'd like to (or used to) wear.
Fitting fitness in to your busy lives can be very hard to do (and often when your body needs it most, that's exactly the time when you feel most shattered!) and luckily for you, Sarah loves helping to motivate people to become more healthy with their food choices and help them to find ways to fit more exercise in to their lives.
Sarah teaches individual and group fitness sessions that adhere completely to the needs of her clients and the way in which they most enjoy to exercise. She covers strength training, core work, HIIT (high intensity interval training), walking, running, circuits and dance (in particular Show Dance and Zumba).

Group PT sessions
During the lockdown in the UK, Sarah taught many online PT sessions over zoom. These have now been replaced by recorded sessions or weekend face to face group PT sessions. Please get in touch if you would be interested in either of these via the contact form or by emailing her on firstname.lastname@example.org
Normally, Sarah runs small group personal training sessions at her house or outside, which are great for anyone wanting to get into shape. You can come along as an individual with others also interested in group workouts or if there's already a group of you wanting to come along.
Group workouts are great to keep you motivated and also a money saver.
These sessions are £40 (in total) for 55 minutes, split between the group. Sarah has a maximum of 4 people due to space but you can also book outdoor workouts which often happen at a nearby park or in the garden of her or your house.
Individual PT sessions
At Sarah's house / outside - 55 mins £30 / 30 mins £15
At your house / outside - 55 mins £40 / 30 mins £25
(There is an extra charge for being 10+ minutes away)

Sessions need to be booked in advance and there is a 48 hr cancellation policy where you need to pay if the session is cancelled under 48 hrs before the session is booked to begin.
